went to the dr today after not being there for a year. my blood pressure was VERY good, she was amazed at how fantastic i looked-
(her words) and took away three of my meds!!:bigsmile: :bigsmile:
then she asked how i dropped so much weight..turns out the clinic i go to recommends myfitnesspal.com to staff..!! WOOTWOOT

I LOVE that MFP has it's name out there...it's a really great, free program!!! and it works!!! Congrats on the lower blood pressure and the compliments from your doctor! and woot woot for dropping 3 meds!!!0
