Ive noticed when I do certain exercises, my shoulders pop out of joint.
Is this because my shoulder muscles are weak? I just started lifting a few weeks ago so I know it will be some time before they are strong.

That usually means you are performing the motion incorrectly. It will be easier for someone to advise you if you mention specific exercises.0
