Time to kick it up a notch! Insanity here I come!

So I bought the "Insanity" dvd series over a year ago and did like two half-*kitten* weeks. But that was then and this is now! My whole life is different now because I'm eating right, more active, and mentally ready for the challenge! It's been a few weeks and I've have been working myself back into shape and I believe it's time now!

All I want to know is who's coming with me!?!?!? I'm starting either Sunday or Monday. ( Which ever day the insanity calender starts on is the day but I need to recheck it) If anyone wants to friend me or start with me then let's do it!

Hopefully I can get some pictures of me "before" up so you guys can see the transformation!

I'm currently on week four, just wanted to wish you the best of luck. The workouts still kick my butt and I'm about to graduate to the more difficult workouts...so scared! :)

I just started Insanity for the first time on Monday! It's much more intense than I was expecting but I love it so far and I can already feel a difference in my abs, arms, and legs. If we can stick with it, there will definitely be good results at the end!
  • I am on week three and it is definitely insane but I love it. Can totally feel the difference. Started back to tennis last week after almost a two year break and playing so much better than a first day thanks to the better motion. Love to be able to talk to others going through it. Enjoy and kick *kitten*.

My boyfriend has it. I've done the fit gets and wTched the first workout and it looks really boring. Do others find it boring?

I'm on week 6. Month 2 is very tough - but I've lost 15lb so far - and I'd say my diet has been 80-85% clean (tough to be perfect ALL of the time!) Feel free to add me.

Me and my brother started Insanity this week, I couldn't keep going because after some minutes of working out I ended up blacking out, but my brother is still at it and loves it :D It was pretty amusing to see him actually sweating when I am used to seeing him all relaxed even after a full day of activities like rock climbing, football, and swimming.
Enjoy it and good luck! :D

Wow yall! (sorry for the texas accent lol) You defintely have to wrap you mind around the challenge but I think the key is going at "your" pace. For the me the alternative is the couch so anything I can muster up will be calories burned. I've already got a pretty nice regime going but I really want to do this!
