I need another pair of eyes

I am struggling with a plateau or a snail paced weight loss since April. I have lost a total of 38 lbs and it started off great but really slowed down at 25 lbs. Normaly I would have quit by now but I am determined to get and stay healthy. I don't eat a lot of processed foods, I watch my carbs, I sometimes go over on fat and I'm on week 4 of P90X. I don't have many MFP friends and could really use some feedback on what I can change to get the weight loss moving again. Anyone interested in adding me and taking a look?

I have recently tried to up my calories to get around 1500 to 1600 net but I am lucky to end up at 1300 or 1400, my apetite has changed a lot.

    wow, I had the EXACT same thing happen to me!!!!!!!!!!

    I lost my first 20-25 super easy and then I just hit a pain in the butt plateau.

    I was at 1200 and I raised my calories to 1500, and honestly I was over MOST days and I kicked off the plateau and got back to losing. I did refocus my diet a bit and focused on protein at every meal, and lowering my carbs and sugar too.
