I work out a lot, but can't seem to eat enough! I eat 4-5 times a day, but I just get full so quickly, i'm not consuming enough calories! Any suggestions?

What ever you ARE eating, choose higher calorie options.

    Higher fat dairy.
Try nuts (high calorie in small amounts)
Carbs (I think don't quote me on it) I think can be more calories per gram. If there is any processed or semi-processed stuff you like, that adds up quick.
I haven't looked at your diary though or know what meal plan you are on. So I don't know what restrictions you have, if any.

Yep, calorie rich healthy foods - avocado, nuts, the yogurt, olive oil, coconut oil.
