So on weekends i work all day at the restaurant & i see its a lot of fatty food
Would a veggie or chicken burrito be ok?? With avocado & hot sauce & all the vegetables? Light sour cream..

Avacado has a lot of cals, be very careful with how much you put on there. Also, enter each ingredient individually and come up with a calorie count and see if it works into your plan.

Sadly, you're better off with a bowl than a burrito. A large wrap alone is over 200 calories, nevermind what you put in it.

Agree - Chipotle's soft flour tortilla by itself is 290 and has a boatload of sodium.

Holy Frijoles, Batman. I didn't know that. The high fiber ones I keep in the house are 100 cals. So agreed, skip the burrito, log the bowl.
