Zumba - how many calories burned?

I go to an hour long zumba class once a week or so. I have heard different numbers on how many calories are burned during a zumba class, from 700-1300. I do not have a heart rate monitor, and just need a good estimate for my tracker. Its not an option when I search in cardiovascular exercise. Any info will be helpful!

    try googling it, or go to zumba.com i think they might have a calorie burn calculator there for you to use

    I think I went to Zumbacalories.com. I was able to use a calculator with height/weight etc.
    Then I added it to my profile.
    Click on Exercise tab, then under that it will say " My exercises"

    You can then add Zumba to your personal database.

    I do use a polar HRM but I can tell you that zumbacalories.com (already recommended above) is within about 50 calories for me depending on the class.
