Turkey Spanish Rice

This recipe is a slightly spicy spanish rice made with ground turkey.
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
10 ounces Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, Italian Seasoned
10 ounces Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
9 ½ cups Tomato Juice
¾ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Chili Powder
½ tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Dried Onion, Minced
¼ cup Chili Garlic Sauce (Tuong Ot Toi Vietnam)
9 cups Whole Grain Brown Minute Rice
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Start by browning the ground turkey in a frying pan with the olive oil.
3. In a large baking dish combine the turkey, brown rice, tomato juice, sugar, chili powder, dried onion, and chili garlic sauce.
4. Cook for 25 minutes covered, and then for an additional 5 minutes uncovered.
Makes 16 cups
