Hi. I started here almost 1 month ago, everything fine, doing good ,going to Curves since May,bought an elliptical, use that 30 to 45 min per day all that good stuff. Well, for about a week now I have noticed in the morning my tennis shoes would feel a little tight when I put them on,but by the time I left Curves they were fine.NOW,I can totally see and feel my left foot and calf,(just the left mind you not the right too) is swollen and tight ALL DAY.Any ideas whats going on? Just for info-I satarted at 198 n m now 183 if that matters
I go to the Dr.next week so... just wondering if anyone else experienced this.

Are you drinking enough water? Insufficient hydration can cause swelling, and as you get in better shape, you actually sweat more from exercise.
As for why one foot and not the other, your body could just be like that. My hands are often different temperatures for no apparent reason.0 -
I drink not kidding like a gallon of plain old water every day.0

It's good that you're going to the doctor soon - best thing to do. In the meantime keep drinking and don't go insane with exercise or diet, or anything else. Just do everything in moderation.0
