So I started working out last week and for some reason I have been getting a lot less sleep. Can't seem to get more than 4hrs a night in. I do however wake up feeling well rested. Anyone else experience something like this?

I used to. I had diabetes type II in the past and it really messed my sleeping habits. The medications and all. I don't have that problem anymore.0

Um, yeah that's why I'm still up now!!! I expel so much energy, you'd think that I would drop dead at the end of the night...No...not I!! And then again, this has a lot to do with the 5 pots of espresso coffee I made earlier yesterday afternoon. lol Note to self: stop drinking coffee after 4pm!!0

I have that problem periodically, but not every night. It seems to happen for a few nights whenever I make changes to my workout routine. I usually just take a low dose of Ibuprofen PM, and make sure I go to bed around 9pm, so I don't wake up with a "hangover" the next morning.0
