Hi guys,

I was wondering if you guys have any tips for going overseas and staying on track with healthy food wise.
I'm going to Thailand and im such a fussy eater!
i usually stick to "burger and fries" but now because im eating all healthy i was wondering what ideas you guys could give me!

Eating breakfast at the hotels, is it healthy?

We are probs going to be going to normal resturants with a wide range of foods for all tourists but what are some tips you guys could give you in cutting calories down a little bit?
as i am not going to be exercising much at all, i want to try and eat a little less.

thanks heaps! elizabeth.

Here is a great resource: http://www.livestrong.com/article/250805-how-to-eat-healthy-at-a-thai-restaurant/

Hopefully this can help you feel more confident in your food choices overseas. Enjoy your trip!

I'm leaving on a cruise soon and asked the same question! Since I will be eating primarily on board the ship I wasn't sure how to eat low calorie. Advice I got from other MFP folks was to stick with grilled and eat lots of veggies. Also they suggested to walk, walk, walk or get in some other kind of exercise. I really don't want to back slide on vacation and gain the weight I'm working so hard to keep off. Good luck to you!
