Caloric Intake

Maybe someone out there can tell me what I am doing wrong. I am a 42 year old female. I currently weigh 184lbs. For the last 3 weeks I have been working out 2-3 times a day. I take Zumba, Core Trg, Cardio Pump, Kickboxing, Step and even get on the treadmill. My only day off is Sunday. I am currently eating 1400 calories a day. They consist of protein and other healthy stuff. I haven't seen any results! What am I doing wrong? Help!

    I had a similar problem, I was actually gaining weight. Are you able to see a doctor? My doctor ran some blood work, gave me a physical and then put me on a diet that I would never suggest without medical supervison. After two weeks my calories were bumped up and the weight has been slowly coming off.
    Most importantly though, keep up your hard work, results will show. Every healthy choice you make is progress!
