have any of u ever had a personal trainer come to your home? is it worth it?

    personally I think a better way to go is find a good gym partner who has some experience

    Make sure the personal trainer has a nationally accredited certification from one of the big five organizations (ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, etc.) and didn't just take an online test.
