Hi, I'm 43 and really struggling to loose the weight I have gained :0(

I used to run and loved it, but my knees are not what they were and was told to stop. I also have arthritis in my spine so that doesn't help either. My son bought me a cross trainer and I was doing kettle bell, but I just can't seem to get motivated to get going again.

I have done many diets, but it's only ever really about eating good foods, not over eating and being active............just too easy to sit on the sofa, watch TV and enjoy a glass of wine!

How do I get my motivation back??????
