Two days ago, a team of eight wounded warriors took off on a bike ride ACROSS AMERICA. Yesterday, the Wounded Warrior Project Race Across America (RAAM) team is cruising through Kansas and hitting the mid-way point of the race! These amazing warriors have crossed five states on their journey to Annapolis, Maryland!
Ok people, if disabled veterans can bike across America, I think that you can do a 30 minute workout. Think about what these brave soldiers have been trough to get where they are. Fighting in a combat zone, losing friends that are close as brothers, struggling through recovery and rehab just to have a chance at life again. They will be fighting an everlasting battle with the new life that they have as a wounded warrior, and yet they still have the strength to do this amazing race.
Here we are (myself included), going about our daily lives not really thinking about what it takes every second of every day to have the life that we have. Work the job we want, eat the food we want, live the life we want. We might struggle to get the motivation to work out, but this story is inspiring to me, that these people have been through so much, and yet here they are, pushing themselves to be better people. Using their stories to inspire us, show us that there is more to it than just going through the motions of living, that we need to LIVE.

I hope this has motivated at least one person, because it sure has motivated me.
