    Hi everyone! I looked through the first thread, then glanced at the last two. I moved back to Iowa after 15 years in St. Louis. I have gained 30 lbs since the move... could it be from all the CORNFED food??? I found MFP and i really like it, now I just need the support from others! I live in rural Bellvue and am currently on day two of my lifestyle change!
