Recovery Drink
I just want to say the recipes on here are so freaking cool! Inspiration abound! I was wondering, how do you make your 4:1 recovery drink? Today I made the most simple one I could think of and it was delicious!
8oz OJ
8oz Plain Yogurt (not greek or you will need to add more carbs)
5 fresh/frozen strawberries
1 tbsp Agave Nectar
Ice to desired thickness
BLEND
So easy and the #'s worked! I have been trying to make a peanut butter/choc one but I just cant get enough carbs in there if I add protein powder! How do you make your post workout recovery drink?
