Looking for friends - anyone had gastic bypass or celiac's?

Hi - I'm a 50 year old female with husband of 30 thiry years and three lovely daughters. I started this venture to support my daughter who suffers from celiac disease so I cut out all wheat products. I also cut out sugar (even artificial) and caffeine. Four years ago I had gastic bypass surgery and lost 165 lbs. I'm trying to lose the pounds I've put back on during these four years.

I'm doing well on this plan but need help sometimes and I'm a great one to encourage others.
