Like last night my wife said "You're not fluffy anymore." Those honestly are the real success stories and the scale is just a tool to help you reach those. A smaller waist line is way more important than a smaller number on the scale.
LOL! Love that approach! I told my husband I was doing this for my health, but he had thebenefit of enjoying the improved packaging my health came in!
