Yes indeed there is nothing like adding a little bit of protein to a meal via your favorite encased meat!! Whatever your preference in sausage might be there is no denying that it adds flavor to any meal be it Pasta, grilled or in between a hot dog bun or an Roll!

Let me break it down how this tan man rolls!

Spicy Chorizo...........Only DELI made (packaged one is TOO GREASY)

Spicy Italian.........I like this grilled and on a corn tortilla!

Polish..........This is awesome if its on a bun and done Chicago style!

    My hubs has some nice sausage. When not enjoying his, I'll take any nitrate and preservative free sausage. My local butcher almost always has a nommy meat treat for me.

    My neighbors make their own. Love it! I can usually about 40 pounds a year. It lasts quite a while. Make biscuits and gravy with homemade canned sausage. Non better!!! That is my feel good, bad for you treat once in a while. :flowerforyou:

    Al Fresco and Aidelle's both make really good chicken sausage. The buffalo one Al Fresco makes is AMAZING.
