I just had an awesome recent NSV. I started this journey 2 months ago and wore size 36 Levi's Jeans. Had to buy size 34 last week since the 36 were too loose. Just a week later and I'm already thinking that I should have bought the size 33!!
Also when I walked and swung my arms, I would sometimes graze my muffin top. Now my chest is wider than my muffin top and I never feel them when walking any more. Silly, I know but it feels great.
