Adding a little zing

I cook a lot of stews/stuff in a pot in the slow cooker or in the oven.... lots of veggies and meat... Anyway I got given a tip for adding a little zing a few years ago... ITS DELICIOUS!
chop a garlic clove,
zest a lemon
Chop a handfull of parsley
Mix it up and just sprinkle a pinch over the top before serving it smells amazing, virtually no calories and adds a wicked taste.
Sometimes I'll sprinkle it on grilled meats or potatoes too!
