....with 30DS, Lvl 3 for awhile just doing it 3 times per week & incorporate another workout routine with it (I currently do 30DS Lvl 3 five days a week)?? I'm starting to get bored with Jillian on this particular workout, but I don't want to stop it or I'll lose everything I've done so far. Any advice out there for me??

Even though it gets boring, I would keep going. Looks like you've done great so far! You are half way there.
It would be devastating if you quit and fell backwards
You might know the video by memory now, try putting on your favorite music while doing it?
I have the dvd but I can't start it till my Dr. gives me an ok due to a minor surgery recently. So I can't wait to get started!
Good luck with your choice0 -
I did the 30 day shred and then ripped in 30 and then started the 30 day shred over again from the beginning. I am going to re-start ripped again tomorrow.0

Did you have good results doing this, I'm done with 30 DS in a week, and was thinking about either redoing it or starting Ripped in 30.0 -
My hubby burned 30DS for me, but could only find Level 3 so I just did that for the past 30 days instead of 2 weeks per level. My knees are starting to feel daily pain so I was hoping to find something (either cutting down to 3 days/week of 30DS or a different workout) that would work as well, only 20 minutes/workout, & not hurt my knees.
I've had great results....not losing a lot of weight (about 5 pounds in 30 days), but lost 8.5 inches total ~ I take my last measurements this Saturday....I can't wait, but I'm hoping my hopes aren't too high :}0 -
I'd get very bored doing just one level for 30 days! I would deffo move on to something else - I am on day 5 of level 3 and have Ripped in 30 to start straight after.
I think the benefit of having 3 different levels is that they seem to target slightly different parts of the body.
Well done for going straight in at level 3 though - I'm finding it hard compared to the other levels.0 -

Thank you! I haven't done everything that "my girl, Nat" does ~ but I've worked my way up to most of Nat's moves...just don't do any jumping stuff & my knees still hurt0 -
My plan after 30 Day Shred is to move to Ripped in 30, because I really do like her style. After THAT if I'm still alive I'm thinking about doing the Revolution.0
