This is my first time every trying to loose weight. I really have no idea on what I'm doing. Or how to do it right. As it stands right now I am a stay at home mom to a very energetic two year old. And unfortunately, I'm just tired all the time. I need to better myself. Can anyone suggest maybe any work outs I can do with my son maybe or anything. I don't know what I'm doing! Lol but o wanna do it right.
