So some of you know meh and ot seems like i started out on a bad foot and all

I just ask you not judge meh to guild meh instead Okay!

Anyways so Today i had 570 cals yes i know thats not alot but i'm making my way up the cal chain.

My parents are going food shopping tomorrow and asked meh to make a list of things i want. Knowing meh i always carrots, corn, peas and tuna. But i'm to get back to eating other things

Have any suggestions?

    White potatoes
    sweet potatoes
    salmon (frozen wild)
    berries (straw- rasp- blue)
    bananas
    peaches/netarines
    low or full fat yogurt (oikos/fage if possible)
    2% milk
    nuts (walnuts, pecans, peanuts/peanut butter, almonds) if you're not allergic
    spinach

    I don't care for bananas either.

    Apple, pears etc. I prefer firm fruits and vegetables rather than the softer ones myself .

    I can't imagine anyone not liking bananas...I love them so much, and they're so good for you. Have you tried fruit smoothies? I love bananas, frozen strawberries and pineapple juice.
