NSV Dreaming

What is an NSV (Non Scale Victory) that you look forward to achieving? I've always had an idea that I'd like to be able to go running in a sports bra only (well, i'd have on pants and shoes, too!) and that I'd feel confident knowing my belly was flat and well defined because I'd worked hard to get it that way.

    I second your NSV, and I'll add two more:

    - a sexy strip tease for my very handsome boyfriend on his birthday.
    - taking my skiing to the next level as a result of increased strength.
