Which is better?

Which is better: the 100% whole grain hamburger buns with 210 calories and 4g of fiber, or the regular white buns with 160 calories and 1g of fiber?? Same size buns. I've been all about the calories, but I sort of think I need to start looking at the big picture...

Whole grain all the way! Your body doesn't digest them the same. Yeah, more calories, but you're giving your body more fiber and nutrients. If it comes down to bleached or unbleached, take the unbleached.0

You are right -- don't miss the forest for the trees. Go with the 100% whole grain and eat less burger, or (even better) only use half the bun and top the burger with a nice big lettuce leaf.0
