waist to hip ratio

This number should not be more than 0.89.....to get this number you need to measure your waist and your hips...divide your waist measurement by your hip measurement...woola your ratio.

    I heard .8 -- mine is .67 - can you say pear!

    Yes, as far as heart issues go. Mine is just rather drastic.

    Actually, I learned way back in my psych class that a .67-.69 waist-hip ratio is preferred subconsciously by most men because it communicates fertility.
