This number should not be more than 0.89.....to get this number you need to measure your waist and your hips...divide your waist measurement by your hip measurement...woola your ratio.

Actually, I learned way back in my psych class that a .67-.69 waist-hip ratio is preferred subconsciously by most men because it communicates fertility.0
