If it's already pre-roasted you can pretty much put it on everything. I love it on eggs for breakfast or mixed into potatoes. You could make Chile rellenos - stuff with lowfat cheese, dip in egg substitute and cover them with breadcrumbs (panko is my fav), place on a baking sheet and spray with a little pam or an oil mister and bake in the oven until crisp. I also love to make enchiladas the lazier way with lowfat cream of mushroom soup mixed with the chile and some shredded chicken or turkey breast layered with corn tortillas. I actually would make that as a green chili sauce and top eggs with that. So yummy!0
