Food Diary Help

I've been stuck at the same weight for the last 5 months- well, i'll lose 2 and then gain 4 and i'll stick between 152-154. I was wondering if anyone can take a look and just let me know what I should do? The last 3 weekends have been bad, and I've realized that- just had a lot of family things and been away with the boyfriend. But any help- I'm willing to listen- I can not get past this at all! :( Anything you can share would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure I have much advice to help with your diary. It looks like you are on top of keeping track of your calories. Great job there! This is probably not what you want to hear, but I wouldn't worry about the results of the scale. If you keep doing what you have been, the scale will take care of itself.

From your pictures, you look healthy and fit already. It could be your body is just getting to a healthy weight. If you can maintain and lose a pound a week, you will get to your target.

I did notice you don't log much for water. You may want to be sure to get your water intake up. I do a lot of the Crystal Light in my bottled water to help during the day.

Do you work out regularly? I see you say the past couple of weekends you were bad, I am assuming with your eating. It is very important to know what you are putting in your body at all times. I agree with bear that you look like you are already in decent shape, so if you just have those "last few lbs" to go it will be more difficult to maintain. How often would you say you stray from your diet and how well do you typically eat?

I do work out regularly- 5-6 times a week. I meant bad as in i drank a little bit and we went out to eat- and I kinda didn't watch what i ate, so that was my fault there. I stray from my diet mostly on the weekends probably 1 to 2x- during the week i'm usually really good.

I totally forget to put my water in- but thanks for reminding me! I usually get 4-6 glasses, so definitely should try and work on getting more water. Thanks for the advise guys!

I know whenever I "cheat" on the weekend it typically takes me 3-4 days to get back to where I was beforehand. When you work out, what do you do? Do you involve weights and heavy lifting? Or do you go for mostly cardio work?

I was mostly a cardio gril- but the last couple months I've been doing the NRFWL. Yeah I wasn't thinking about the few days to get your body back to normal after a "cheat" meal.

What is the NRFWL? I am not familiar with it? (or at least the abbreviation.)

It's the new rules for lifting for women... it was something the someone suggested to start if you've not really ever had a routine before in strength training

Oh, I see. Well cool! I don't know anything about that, but I hope it works out for ya!
