HELP!!

Only on week 2, lost 4lbs last week. Nothing so far this week, and today had a "final day at college party!" and ate an obscene amount of food including sandwich's cupcakes, pizza crisps and chocolate! So much so I feel extremely sick!! I know I have destroyed all my hard work and could just cry at how weak and pathetic I am!!!!!!!

It's in the Past. Start again from now and watch the weight come off with your calorie counting and exercise

I've had a lot of bad days in the 11 months I've been dieting. I've also had some bad weekends and one or two really bad weeks. They only stop your progress if you let them! Start again and you'll reach your goal.0
