    Welcome and best of luck to you!!! I started on here with 100lbs to lose in January and I'm already down 31!!!! Just following the nutrition guidelines and getting in some exercise when I can find moments away from the kids!!!

    Hi everyone! Ive been on sparkpeople for 3 years and it works great...i just wanted a change. I weighed 220 in april of '06 and I was down to 145 last summer and now im back at 160! I want to lose back my 15 lbs!
