Plateau

I have been losing weight now for over a year, very steady 1 lb -2lbs a week. I am up to 76 lbs lost. All of a sudden the last few weeks I have seemed to hit a plateau. I exercise with a personal trainer the same as I have been. Not sure what to do, any recommendation? Has anyone else had this problem?

From what I've been told and read you need to exercise longer or harder because your body gets into a routine and you need to switch things up sometimes.Add on 15 minutes to your work out0

What do you eat? If you are not on a good diet plan, or if you haven't changed your eating habits from that when you started, that could be playing a big part in your weight loss. And I agree with Punkahontas. if you are doing the same routine you may need to change things up a bit. If you normally do a lot of cardio then do some heavy lifting for a while, or vice versa. If you normally do both then make sure you are rotating throughout the different muscle groups and always keep changing things up!0
