I missed a workout...

I missed my workout yesterday, so I did it this morning. what should I do with today's workout? push it to tomorrow, or do it tonight? it's p90x, so I don't know what to do :(

    just move everything by a day and skip rest day,
    there is no doing bad, and do not think of restarting or whatever, else every single time life will prevent you from doing a workout you will feel bad.

    If you have the energy for two workouts in a day, then by all means, do it. keep to the plan, and make sure that a missed workout was missed for a good reason, that's it.

    okay thanks :) I can definitely do the other workout tonight, I just wasn't sure if it was silly to do two in a day, or just omit it from the week, or just bump everything. seems like it'll be easier on my schedule if I just do it today. thanks! :)
