What kind of scale do you use???

I was wondering what brand of scale others use? I have a rowenta but I weigh myself on balance scale at work. I thought my rowenta was off but I place a 25lb weight on it and it was within 0.5 pounds. If thats the case, I've lost at 7lbs more than I'm recording.
