Am I starving myself, is it a plateau, is it TOM?

Hi guys I have been losing slowly for the past 6 weeks (just under 1lb a week) I have been sticking to the suggested calories by myfitnesspal - based on 1lb a week loss. The last 3 days I have stayed exactly the same. I have felt really hungry, but have ignored it as thought it was pmt cravings. Now i'm not sure if I should have been eating more. I have been eating 1250/1300 cals per day. I am 5'5" and sit at a desk all day. run around after my kids at the weekend and 2 afternooons a week. Have mixed fruit and yogurt for breakfast, jacket pot for lunch and generally home cooked dinner with good ingredients. All very balanced.

3 days is nothing. Just keep chugging away and it'll move. You have no way of knowing what it is after such a short period of time. Stop stressing, put the scale away for a week and carry on.0
