My scale is stuck...HELP!!

So I lost about 5 ibs so far and I only need to lose 3 to 5 more to get down to my goal weight. It has been three or so weeks and I am working out but I can't get past 115 or 115.5. I am trying to cut out sugar and it is very hard for me. I have a boyfriend who eats the majority paleo and he works out and he has been getting me to do it too. I am in a show at the moment...i am an actor so I am busy in the evenings. I try to work out on my days off for at least 30 minutes. I did crossfit on wednesday and am going to try and do bikram yoga on a regular basis. My BF says if i cut out the carbs, booze, sugars...which i have been doing i should lose. Any other ideas!?
