I seriously love this site you guys all rawk! I have enjoyed reading everyones feedback and am sooo relieved that there is no haters LOL!

looking back at my diary I do eat too much processed crap! so thats gonna change starting tonight homemade arroz con pollo! (lightend up of course .. sans flour/oil etc. an no skin on the chicken). and I have to get to the store and get some more healthy crunchies * my kids eat like ravinous wolves an a four lb thingie of costco strawberries only lasts us four days max LOL!

it seems so odd... eat more to loose.... but at this point im willing to try! going to check out the forums, check out the database for nursing, and get the ball rollin!

so cool I can come here and get good solid advice ty :D

I agree...it would be helpful to see your diary...I would bet that you arent eating enough cals, and quality cals. Try cutting out processed foods and preparing your meals in advance to prevent mindless grazing ( this is a MUST for me!) And make sure to drink amble, LOTS AND LOTS, of water!

thanks so much! I just started taking a multivitamin yesterday and I think your right I am not eating enough.. going to add a healthy low fat snack before bed because usually after dinner *two hours or so* I AM STARVING!!! I just suck down more water and try to ignore it but I think I need to eat!

When I was nursing, my obstetrician had me continue taking my prenatal vitamins. Perhaps you should still be taking them. Also, I notice a couple of days you are under your calorie goal, but over you fat intake goal. Try to choose foods that are lower in fat, but higher in protein. Protein is more filling and will help with the starving after only 2 hours of eating, so do not think that is why your are experiencing the fatigue and hunger.

I'm curious how often you nurse your 19 month old and if the baby is eating other foods? Once my daughter hit 12 months and I was only nursing at wake up and bedtime I decided that I wasn't really expending calories and if there was a decrease in milk supply that was fine.

When the topic of eating back exercise calories back comes up I want to remind you that when you tell MFP that you want to lose 0.5, 1, 1.5 or 2 lbs per week then the calories they give you to eat already includes the deficit needed to give you, supposedly, that weight loss each week.......just by following those calories.

If you exercise then you are burning more and creating a bigger deficit which does NOT always produce more weight loss but can create a loss of energy and your body wondering if food will be available. You need to adequately fuel your body....just like a car....no fuel, it doesn't work properly!!!

I looked at your diary and you are all over the place. But you are usually NETTING under 1400 calories with a few days NETTING under 1000 calories. That is not enough to survive on!!!

Check out http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ to get a better idea of your TDEE and BMR (what you need to survive if you were in a coma). But I think you are so sleepy because you are not properly fueling your body!!! Good luck finding the right balance but NO ONE should be NETTING under 1200 at the bare minimum.

Please get electrolyte water tablets, drink the water as you work out (plz dont drink gatorade, as these tablets are only 10 calories vs the bagillion in Gatorade, and it has more electolytes). I am tired all the time, until I got these, keeps me going.

Unless you have kidney issues, going over on protein is no issue. MFP sets it kind of low. You can adjust it up and something else down if you don't want to see the red numbers.
