A gym newbie no longer!

Thanks to everyone who offered advice on my first trip to the gym! I wasn't able to go until yesterday (car wouldn't start :mad: ) but it went pretty well overall, I think. I totally got a runner's high after being there for 45 minutes, but my lovely hubby told me that I shouldn't do too much in a day. Am I ever glad, because my calves are feeling it right now. :bigsmile: And I'm going again tomorrow, which is always important, right???
Also, I've lost 6 pounds thus far! Which seems totally crazy, but awesome!
I hope everyone kicks some butt this week!

I like the elliptical and when I started at the gym again, my calves burned for about a week. Then I got use to it, they do get better. Just stretch really good afterwards.0
