Hi!
Got this app to help me track my nutrition. Interesting the break down of some foods i thought were ok, but kind of shaking my head at now ...lol anyone else a little surprised at some foods? Need to add on my workouts not sure how i would calculate the calories approximately ...any suggestions? Workouts?
