Looking at your dairy briefly, you aren't eating enough.
http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ Figure out your BMR. Eat above it, net above it (at least 200 above your BMR). If you eat too little your body is going to hold on to that weight.
Start weight lifting, it helps... a lot!0 -
i actually went up to 1500 for a couple months and that was a disaster. just recently tried to get back around 1200. sucks!0

No you are not, thats an awful thing to say!!!!!
Its just harder for some of us because of genes or what not.... but you just have to realize that there are no quick fixes, and its a constant battle.
Do you exercise regularly?
A doctor recently told me to weigh in every day, and if I want to maintain not let it go over a certain threshold. IF one day/weekend you are bad with food, then make up for it during the week.
I know this is something I have and will continue to struggle all my life, but right now I feel great and I love seeing the results of my hard work, so I am making every effort to keep loving that reflection in the mirror0 -
Our bodies aren't meant to carry extra weight really. The thing to remember is that you can't diet. You have to practice portion control and eat a variety of foods. Make sure that you keep up with the recommended exercise on your exercise tracker. It isn't easy you just have to keep going and never give up. But you have to recognize that you have to change you lifestyle for the rest of your life, it isn't just a diet. Maybe I'm telling you things you already know but I hope that I helped you. You can do anything that you set your mind to. I believe that. If you want you can add me as friend. I have had similar struggles in my past, but I have also had success in the past. It has been harder more recently to stay on track so I understand!0

Are you not tracking water, or do you not drink it? It looks like you eat a lot of cheese, and the sodium in cheese is surprisingly high, you could be carrying water weight? I am not saying that is the only thing going on, but it might be something to look into?0

well, were you strength training? You need to give a few months. Take measurements forget about the scale. Nobody is meant to be overweight.0 -
I do a variety of exercises: circuit training, spinning, elliptical. i do drink plenty of water, just don't track it. I know I eat a lot of cheese, but I keep my cals around 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat. The reason there's so much cheese is that I don't eat meat so it's kind of hard to keep it low carb and still get the right balance.0
