I'm 34 years old, just started MyFitnessPal and need to lose 150lbs! I know... I know... set small goals. My first goal is: drink all my water every day and lose 20lbs. I've never been able to lose and keep it off. I've tried WW, and various low fat/ low carb diets to no avail. I'm hoping this time I'll succeed. I would love to find someone to go through this with.... to help stay on track. I can definitely use alllll the help I can get!! Send me a message- I'd love to hear from you!!
