Food tracking..eye opening

On how crappy I eat!? Always thought I ate fairly well. I barely had 2 servings of fruit today & zero veggies..mind you was a very off day not being at work where I much more structured in my eating (home taking care of daughter who had 2 teeth extracted-ow!)

And normally I crash on couch at day's end but amazingly got my fat a*s out there at 8:15p to walk/jog for 45 minutes! This with a pulled calf muscle(the moving actually helps it stay loose & I am icing/elevating/Allev-ing)

I can't even tell ya what the motivation was-maybe reading all your stories & experiences?

Just want to get back my fitter self...lots of things out of balance it seems with this mid life meltdown...
