Hey, all. I'm looking to set some fitness goals, and I was hoping you guys could help. I work best when I can compare myself to others, especially those similar in build to me, and use them as points of reference for my own exercises. So, if any of you (especially men) would be willing to post your personal best...whatever (run times, bike times, weight maximums, etc.) I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance. And of course, I'll start. (measurements in lbs, feet, inches, whenever applicable)

On treadmill- 5k run- 30 minutes. 1 mile run- 8 minutes
