On the weekend

Is it bad if almost every Friday and Saturday I eat kinda bad .. I mean potentially some beers and pizza? I work out 3 days a week and I'm always at my calorie goal, if not under. Does it defeat my work out if I eat crappy and go over my calorie goal by maybe 500 on the weekend? I'm back at my healthy self Sunday to Thursday lol I just can't help but give into temptation .. It helps me focus on beig healthy for the rest of the week lol. Thanks!
