A year ago help PLEASE

A year ago I was told of myfitnesspal and with this amazing tool I lost 30 pounds in 5 to 6 months. However the last ten pounds are hard and I would love any suggestions. I have not been tracking for weeks. I am not gaining but I want to lose. I feel overwhelmed with life and need your help, please

    You have done so well. I think it is important to track everything. It is so easy to forgot what we have had during the day and it certainly seems to mount up!!!

    Do you do any exercise? What about your portion sizes? Mine were enough to feed an elephant to start with, but i have cut them down dramatically.

    Just take each day as it comes. Make sensible choices - but that doesn't mean they have to be boring.

    First off, love your profle pic!! :) Second, as above, tracking is so important. Just start tracking again. I know it seems like a chore, but mfp does make it easy. You might also check out the eat more to weigh less group. You say your are not gaining. Maybe you are not eating enough? You'll find out if you start tracking. :)

    I take it from the food diary that you aren't logging regularly ? That would be a good place to start, then we could see if the 900 calorie breakfasts and full sugar 16 oz sodas are a feature or a one-off.
