Hi folks
I have been calorie counting and exercising for a couple of month with steady progress. I have read the thread about counting calories and exercise and think I understand it! However after I add my strength training exercises it doesn't give me any idea of calories burned! Is that correct or am I completing the strength section wrong. Tia.:)

If you go under cardio exercises, you can add either circuit training or strength training I believe they're called for your calories. But no, if you just add the sets and reps, it doesn't give you calories burned!0

I had the same question last night. I went into the trouble shooting section and found out that fitnesspal does not track calories burned with strength training. You have to add it under your cardio section. Just click add, type in strength training and it will calculate for you. Not the best system but it's a forced solution.0

That's brilliant, fixed that and will spend some time going through the Help section. Thank you.0
