I'm doing 30 minutes cardio and 20 minutes of heavy lifting.

Going to the gym after work to focus as much on upper body as I can.0

I will either do 40 min cross trainer or shred level 1. I can say that 25 min shred is harder than 40 min cross trainer:)0

Earlier I did my circuit training with my 35lb. dumbbells. Boy I was sweating like hell & my heart beat really fast in just 20 mins0

Deadlifts, 1 arm DB floor presses,1 arm DB rows, hanging knee raises. That's the main part and some random stuff through out the day-push-ups, hip raises, squats0

Fridays are my "off day". I will do a few squats, desk pushups, lunges and low impact aerobics in my office on my breaks, but other than that nothing.0
