Just starting with a 41lb loss & getting fit as a goal

Hi Everyone

Signed up to MFP four days ago. I've decided it is time to get my weight under control & get fit. Don't want to set to dramatic a goal so the target is 2lb a week. That will take me to Christmas to get where I want to be. If you are planning a slow but steady approach I would love to add you as I'm sure motivation will be a big issue over such a time period. For me it's the best approach I think as I want this to be a lifestyle change.

By the way I am likely to have naughty bouts with the odd night out or a trip to a fast food place with the kids, so happy to hear from anyone else who expects to have the odd slip.
