Hi my name is Tonya. I've been during the program and working out for a week! I lose 14lbs in the first week! I am so excited! I may be just water weight not sure. I am just happy to see a change. Do small changes like stop drinking the soda, exercising and eating more vegetable. I am truly enjoying this ride. Just can wait to meet people who are on the same journey!

  • Hi Tonya my name is Sinead! This is my third day doing this. I think its great that you lost 14lbs and been working out Congratulations!! I will take your advice into account about making small changes because right now I feel like I just been trying to change everything overnight. I hope you keep moving forward towards your goal!
